Hello,
I recently accepted a tentative offer for a RN position at the VA. My HR contact added a task for me to upload my resume, but hasn’t mentioned anything about the dimensions yet. Does that happen later? I added certifications, committees, and leadership experience to my resume. Just hoping that’s not the only thing that will be presented to the board to determine my salary.
What’s the usual process? I’ve signed paperwork, done Equip, and uploaded resume. My HR contact says Vetpro was initiated, I’m waiting on email so I can complete. I have my physical and fingerprints scheduled this week. I appreciate your help.
Thanks

Hello. I just completed the process and start with the VA 9/12. There is a form that you will complete where you will list all of your experience, certifications, research contributions, etc.
A different HR rep will contact you for references and proof of all of those things. They'll also ask for another resume with specific information added in. Good luck!! It's a looooong process! Mine took three months.
Thank you @Apollo617

I received a tentative offer for an LPN position on Sept 13. I just received an email on Friday stating that all my pre-employment and onboarding process is complete, and I should be receiving a call from HR reps. Does anyone know how long it may take for the HR reps to call me about my firm offer and on duty date?
