VA Hospital vs UCSD vs Kaiser Hospital

Hi,

I am a LVN. I wanted to know if anyone knows which hospital has the best employee benefits out there? I have a tentative job offer from VA hospital and I've read that they are really good with educational benefits as far as furthering my education to become a RN. But i've also read that Kaiser hospital has some of the best benefits out there in terms of retirement and education. Any feedback would be nice. Thank you.

It would be wise to take a job from whomever offers one. Insurance benefits are important but it's not like jobs are so abundant they're falling off the trees.

I agree. Its tough for any nurse to get a job nowadays, so if you have an offer with a good facility, take it.

Besides, no one says you have to stay there forever: you can always pursue UCSD/Kaiser down the road.
