Hello, I am fairly new to the site. But I do have questions about the VA hospital in Murfreesboro if anyone could help out. I was offered a job with the VA and am supposed to start orientation on October 9th. Just wondering if anyone knows any details about the facility: nurse patient ratio, pay scale, shift diff, specifics on staff morale, things of that nature. I am excited about the opportunity as I am a new grad nurse. Just looking for a little feedback. Thanks in advance!
