VA Case Managers

Hello All,

I would like to know if anyone is currently working in case management at the VA. If so can you give me some insight on your work day, are you talking to patients in person, via phone, etc. How is your work day set up. Also during this pandemic are you working in the office or are you working from home? I am just curious as how your job functions have changed during this pandemic. Any and all information is welcomed. I am thinking of making a career change and would love to know the pros and cons of case management within the VA system. Thank you!!
