I'm new and I'm at a crossroads so I was hoping to get some insight from everyone. I am currently in an ADN program and the hospital I am working for is partnered with UTA and they have told me I either need to switch programs to get my BSN or I will quite possibly be out of a job in 18 most if I stay with the school I am at (I am currently and LVN). I am terrified of switching because I did not fair so hot in my science classes (2 C's and 2 B's) but my overall was a 3.28. The recruiter told me I am competitive but I kind of want to call BS because I do not see how I can be. I still have to take the entrance HESI which I know factors in too. Anyone have any advice? I am really beginning to lean towards just staying where I am at b/c well, I'm already there! I have a feeling I will not be accepted into their online BSN program and then I'm really stuck! Any help, tips, or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
