UT Austin MSN 2014

Hi! I just got off the wait list and was accepted today into the pediatric track! I am not 100% I will be able to go. I currently live in florida and dont know anything about the area. So if anyone has any advice on anything it would be greatly appreciated. Also, if anyone needs a roommate let me know :) I am awaiting an official letter and hoping there will be more information about the program in there.

@ aboothby24, Congrats on your acceptance to the pediatric np program! I've been accepted to the AE-MSN program that starts this summer, & I'm also hoping to one day enter the pediatric NP track. I saw that you were also looking for a roommate, & since we're interested in the same specialty thought it might be a good match! hey @Ltmalli! I have been so overwhelmed looking into apartments in austin! Have you heard if working is a possibility with these two programs? Im hoping to work atleast part time. Last fall semester it looked like they only had class two days a week so it would hopefully be doable. I am def interested in a roommate to make prices cheaper. are you from austin and or texas? I am still waiting to see if I get into UAB which is an online program. I will probably find out the end of april and then will make a final decision. I am really leaning towards UT just concerned about putting myself in all that debt and leaving my family and friends to move to a different state by myself! if you want to discuss more about the program or roommate posibilities just email me at [email protected]. Hi, does anyone know of anyone who applied to the UT-Austin traditional BSN program without prior RN work experience? I am considering applying during my senior year of BSN school. Thanks!
