Using Pre-Health between schools?

Hello!

I'm looking for some advice.

I'm currently doing a Pre-Health certificate program at St. Clair College. I'm wondering if it applies to other colleges, as the one I'm attending doesn't allow acceptance into the RN program come September (even though it finishes in July grrr). I have no problem moving.

I have never heard of a pre-health certificate. It is just a collection of the pre-reqs needed for most health care degrees? I have no idea how it will transfer to other schools as it seems each nursing school has their own slightly differing requirements in terms of what they want from applicants.

Look into other nursing programs in your area - what are their admissions requirements? How close does this certificate (and other courses you may take) get you to fulfilling those requirements? What are their application deadlines and program start dates?
