With inflation and Austin home prices up almost 50% year over year- how does this group still think they can offer salaries as low as they do? Im seeing starting salaries around 200 or higher throughout the entire southeast - including for new grad positions- yet Austin is trying to offer new grads closer to 150 and even experienced CRNAs well less than southeast market rates.
Baylor Scott and White pays much higher. I wish the Dell Med School would just employ their own CRNAs - I bet they would pay much higher.
Im very interested in Austin - but that group has to pay a competitive wage - if anything it should be higher than southeast average with the cost of living. Crazy.
If anyone knows of any other higher paying positions in Austin, please post.
