Hi! I just wanted to start this thread for the U of R ABSN program for Spring 2023. It’s been almost 3 weeks since the deadline and I’m already anxious. Just curious to know if anyone else has applied and if so, have you been offered an interview yet?

*slips into thread* I was waiting for someone to post this. I had my interview today. Totally choked at first from nerves but then recovered my senses LOL.  My interviewer said she was going to recommend me. Decisions out around August 26th I was told.

HI! 

I'm applying to their Summer 2023 cohort! Submitted most of the official transcripts and application already. Unfortunately, I submitted the application, but don't think one of my references can help me out despite after the fact they said yes to my request...

 I already have two submitted, but I'm thinking of somehow forfeiting the stray reference. 

Best of luck to you guys! please update me on how fast they reach out. Woudl love to know what to expect.

Hi! I was just wondering if you received results yet, as I also applied for the same program and interviewed around the same time. I haven't heard back yet though.

Hello! Im currently applying for the same program (Fall 2023) just waiting on my last letter of recommendation. If you guys don't mind me asking what did they all ask during the interview? Just want to better prepare myself. If you don't want to answer thats perfectly fine I understand.

It was quite a bit ago. I can't remember, but basically they're general interview questions (like for a job).

Hey! I received my results about a week ago. I got accepted into the 1 year ABSN program! 

I'm just weighing out my options still. NY might be too cold for me, especially hearing about the blizzard that killed a lot of people. I also saw on the news that UoR medical center has been having strikes with their staff? Not sure what that was about.
