University that offers BSN that you do not need 4.0GPA

My 19 year old Daughter is at UofA and she did not get accepted to the BSN program.  Can someone recommend a University setting that will accept a 3.5 GPA and has reasonable HESI score acceptance?  We are trying to avoid a private nursing program because she is so young and want to finish her BSN at a University.  Thank you

Hi @bigdog100 - there are plenty of universities that meet the criteria. Seeing as she's at UofA, are you based in Arizona? Is that the only area you're looking in?

Last question, when you say avoid a private nursing program, you're referencing GCU, WGU, Arizona College of Nursing, etc.?
