I would like to hear from anyone who is attending or graduated from the program at University of Minnesota. Please give me any info on the program you can such as your GPA/experience in order to get accepted. What has the program been like, challenging or reasonable? Has anyone done their general credits online prior to admission? This seems to be a family friendly school, which is what I need. Please let me know any info....

Hello, I hope this will help. I was first on the wait list last year and I have just interviewed for the class of 2010. I found the interviews to be very friendly. I had a GPA of 3.5 and have been a nurse for almost three years. I have worked in a surgical intensive care unit and neurosurgical intensive care unit. I have some friends that are in school now and they say it is challenging and fast paced. U of M believes in putting time into your education and making sure you are successful. Wish you the best.
