Still waiting...

I called last week and they said that they would be reviewing applications in the next few weeks. I guess they were focused on completing Fall semester's applications first. Hope to hear back soon!

I applied to UM back in May and didn't get any updates since then yet. Do you know if they started to interview applicants yet? Thank you. I hope to hear from them soon

It seems, that this year it takes longer for them to review applications. May be it is related to the covid-19 situation

Hey guys! I just interviewed via zoom! Has anyone else heard back? How did you feel about the interview?! 
they told me it’d take 2-4 weeks to hear back. Already freaking out.

I hope it went well! I was really nervous, but feel pretty good about my answers. Now it’s just a waiting game. They didn’t ask too many questions. It was about 15 minutes. Basically they asked about my professional career, why UM, why do you wanna be an FNP, 5 year plan, the specialty I want to go into and why, strength & weakness and then a clinical question based on the you unit you work in! Think most common dx you’ve seen and how you would treat the patient, including normal levels and follow up assessment/treatment if necessary! That’s pretty much everything. 
do you have an interview set up yet?!

Hi! I interviewed this past Monday via Zoom as well! They said it would be about 4 weeks. Also freaking out!!

I was interviewed today. It was really not that scary as I thought. I hope we all will be accepted in the program! I’ll post again when I hear back from them.
