University of Memphis / Loewenberg College of Nursing ABSN Fall 2022

Has anyone else applied for the ABSN program at the UofM's Loewenberg College of Nursing for Fall 2022??? I'm not really sure what to expect. I have a 3.7 GPA but I am still finishing up some of the pre-reqs this semester. I'm not really sure what my odds are of getting in or how competitive the program is ? I also applied to UTHSC's ABSN Fall 2022 program but haven't heard anything back yet after doing their virtual interview thing (which I totally bombed I'm pretty sure LOL) ?

Yes, I got in!! I got accepted to UTHSC too. UofM is a LOT closer to my house though so I'm going with them ?

Anyone who has been through the MSN Education program at University of Memphis. I understand there is a clinical component. What type of settings? Do I have to precept at a school and/or hospital only? Can I precept with an NP or does it have to be an educator? Any information will be highly appreciated

My mom did it years ago, I’m pretty sure she precepted a NP in a clinic type setting but I could be wrong. I think I remember her having a hard time finding someone

What was your pre-req GPA if you don't mind me asking when you got accepted
