Interviews wrapped up yesterday. How'd everyone feel that they went? Seemed pretty laid back to me. Though, I felt like they may have mostly made up their minds prior to the interview :-\

Anyone's application status updated yet? I hear that will be updated long before letters or emails get sent out...Good luck everyone!

Yeah the interviews seemed pretty laid back to me as well! Kinda nice for them to wean us in rather than just start shooting qsns. What makes you feel they already made their decision before hand? I am not sure what you mean....but i sorta felt that way too towards the end of the interview..

Well after the interview was essentially over, one of the committee members went on about needing to be really committed to becoming a CRNA and all of the sacrifice it required. I'm not sure if she was just saying it in general, but it felt like she was saying it to me.

Hi everyone,

I am planning on applying to UMaryland's CRNA program for fall 2013 entrance. Could you offer me some info on the interview process? I know a couple people that are currently in the program and they said the interview was rough but it sounds like maybe they revamped it based on what you guys are saying. Is it a panel interview? If so, how many people interview you? What kinds of questions do they ask? Is it a lot of clinical-based questions or get-to-know-you's?

Its unchanged, still says "committee ready".

It means you got in! I went there for my masters degree, had the same thing listed when I got in for that.
