Is anyone enrolled in the ULL's MSN program for FNP or has anyone completed the program? I am currently enrolled in NSUs RN to BSN program. I am thinking about pursuing my MSN after I graduate. I know several people that have chosen ULLs program over NSUs and my question is why? Both are online. I have been unable to get a straight forward answer from the people that I know attending the program. Not really reliable sources. Is there a lot of writing involved? Can you work full time and do the program? Thanks.

Many students choose to work full-time in the UL Lafayette MSN program, but the majority of students are part-time students taking 2 courses per semester. Attending part-time, most students are able to complete the FNP program in seven semesters. Master’s programs do have a lot of academic writing as this is key in the role development of masters prepared graduates and advanced practice nurses.
