Hi everybody,
I haven't seen a thread yet for this upcoming cycle for UF's accelerated program starting in the Summer of 2025. How's everyone's application coming along?
Does anybody know if admissions are rolling or if decisions typically come out on the same day?

Not sure on the rolling decisions, I think they come out on the same day.
Anyone happen to know if I can take a last minute Microbiology LAB online and it count? I took a 4 credit lecture that doesn't have a lab, it's the only gap in my application. To say I'm panicking is an understatement.

Hello!
I just got everything submitted today! I need to take 2 pre-req in stats and nutrition plus the American Gov Clep I guess for some new rule. I took the HESI A2 today and did well on that (90% overall and 970 on critical thinking), masters is a 3.97 GPA, and current occupation is counselor. Hoping for a good outcome- I selected Jax campus.
I didn't see much involvement in the UF ABSN 2024 boards so I wonder if there isn't much participation. Im hoping the March 1st extension is because there are still open seats!
Good luck to everyone!

I am not going this route BUT the academic advisor said they do accept Portage Learning classes. They are online and self paced courses for like $700 a course (proctored classes). They do have labs and are often popular with nursing pre-req folks.

I do believe they are rolling- email I got said January applicants will hear by end of February (could be a standard message though).

Hopefully they take Portage. Im currently a college student graduating with a Bachelors in Exercise Science in May. Long story short I didn't want to do nursing until last year, then it wa too late to apply to my schools nursing program.
I applied by the December 20th deadline, also hoping the extensions mean not many people applied. I rushed to take the HESI and form my application, and wish I had more time to spend on it. Best of luck to everyone! Ill keep yall posted on the portage classes and my admissions decision when I hear from them.

Hi everyone! I wanted to see if any of you had received any communication from admissions about the status of decisions.
