Union Issues

I need some help please!

I belong the the Southern United Nurses union, and was just wondering if anyone could give any input. Our president and vice-president have stepped down from their positions and no one is willing to step forth to take over these positions.

Can we still have a union with no president or vice-president?

And are they allowed to leave these positions if there is no one to take over for them?

I would love to hear any input, and thanks in advance!
