So I'm looking into nursing schools as well as my husband! We both want to get into nursing, but in the long run I actually want to become a nurse midwife. I was told I had to start taking my pre requisites and then after a year transfer to a university and apply to the nursing program. Is it bad if I transfer from a community college, to a university for nursing, then a different university for nurse midwife? And what can I truly expect in school since both me and my husband want to go and we have a 2 year old. We're both really smart, but I'm curious as to how vigorous it will be, and what schools are the best? On another note, I absolutely feel sick when I see broken bones.. am I going to see a ton while I'm in school and once I get a job?
