UNC rex vs novant residencies.

Hi all,

I have accepted a position at UNC rex but recently received a call from Novant. These are both residency positions. I just want to hear from people who have experiences with these programs so I can have help deciding. Novant is less of a commute but I don't necessarily want to back out of UNC quite yet. Any advice/experience are appreciated ?
