UNC new grad program review

Hi,

I am in last semester of nursing school and I am considering applying for the UNC Chapel Hill Hospital new grad residency program. I was hoping to hear from nurses who have done this program. What did you like, what did you not like?

I would also appreciate the opinion from other nurses who didnt do the program, but who have worked for UNC Chapel Hill. Positives? Negatives?
