Unable to view my NNAS report.

Hello, I got my NNAS report in August 2020, however, due to Covid travel restrictions and finances I did not apply to BC until about a week ago. When I logged in to my NNAS account to review the report it's unavailable, upon contacting the NNAS I was told I need to reapply again with $650, because the report is only valid for a year. My question is, does the BCCNM also require the report to be valid for a year? I read another forum that says the report is valid for 2 years with BCCNM. I have already applied for registration in BC, I am yet to hear from them.
