Nursing Students Pre-Nursing

I was just wondering if it is easier to get into University of Maryland Baltimore School of Nursing during spring? I was rejected for fall admission and I plan on reapplying. I had a C in chemistry and B in everything else. Would it be in my best interest to retake chem?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
