Hi everyone. I'm a UK nurse planning to move to the States. I recently received an offer of employment from a USA hospital with a H1b visa. I sent them all my documents and they then said they will only proceed if I can get ANOTHER credentials evaluation report from another agency to 'further denote equivalence of a USA BSN.' I already have a CES from CGFNS which details that my credentials are the equivalent of aUSA BSN so I was wondering if anyone has ever used ERES for the purposes of ascertaining equivalence. All of the threads I have seen on here are about getting a CES for licensure. Well I already have my USA RN license, so I am a bit confused as to whether or not ERES will still want original transcripts from my university or will they accept the transcripts detailed on my CES report from CGFNS. Because if ERES want the transcripts directly from my nursing school as well, this whole thing is going to take SOOOOO LONG - and I have already aged 20 years over the past 6 months pulling my hair out to make sure I am elidgible for a H1b!!! You would think I was a spy trying to infiltrate the KGB, not merely a hard working nurse who has ALL the skills required and more besides, who wants to live in America!! Any advice appreciated thanks

Hi
I used Trustforte Corporation for my evaluation, Oz to US. Not a problem, not expensive, very quick service, same day if you want to pay extra. You just have to scan and send you docs to them. I got my evaluatoin just in case it was required for my visa (E3), but it was never asked for by US consulate. You don't have to go through the CGFNS again. If only CGFNS had competition? You can see what the private sector offers as opposed CGFNS, much cheaper, quicker and friendlier. Good luck
