I’m curious to know this too. I’ll be applying with a 3.44 cumulative, a 3.83 prereq, and a 4.0 prereq science GPA. 97.3 TEAS (95.7 reading, 91.7 English, 100s in math and science). I have a BS and an MS.
Im kind of disappointed in how little info I’ve been able to find about UH. They’ve never once responded to an email, and I can’t even figure out how many students there are per class.

Cumulative GPA isn’t great, but I’ve earned A’s in every undergraduate class I’ve taken since I graduated (and most of the graduate ones). Hopefully that offsets the lower cGPA.
Is there another forum for Spring 2020 applicants? I can't find anything.
Also, while reading the admission requirements I became confused because #8 refers to the UH CON Policy for Clinical Readiness Requirements (this document basically says that CPR certification, Immunizations, etc. are required by the application deadline??). I feel like this isn't true because there isn't any suggested place to put these documents on NursingCase.
Hey FutureNurse!
I put my CPR cert under the "certifications" section of the application, but I haven't done anything in regards to vaccinations/immunizations yet. I didn't see it anywhere on the application or on the checklist. My assumption (which might be incorrect) is that we would be notified of those requirements upon acceptance.
Also- I'm going to try to start a forum for 2020 applicants, so keep an eye peeled. :)

To those accepted, can you send me the stats you had before applying!? I don't know if I should apply to University of Houston because it seems competitive. I want to know the GPA and TEAS score you used to apply when you gained acceptance. Thank so much! !ny help will be appreciated!
