UCSF Home health-- any reviews/experiences to share?

Hi!

I have really come to love and enjoy my work as a home health nurse, and have recently stepping into the clinical supervisor/ case manager role. I would love to pursue this career track with an institution like UCSF. I just appreciate everything it stands for: education, providing quality care through achievement of CMS standards, and utilizing technology to improve patient outcomes.

UCSF was always a dream facility of mine, but with the recession, finding my first acute care job was difficulty... Then I fell in love with home health. It may not be the most popular RN specialty, but it is so full of rewards and real human connection with one's patients. I just really enjoy this field, and would love to share this passion with UCSF.

Any one have any experiences with UCSF home health? Please share! I'd love to hear other nurse's experiences and would really appreciate the help. Have a great weekend!
