They interviewed this week. I interviewed on Tuesday. They had 1000+ applications, 34 sent to managers, they chose 20 to interview and 5 positions are available! Assistant manager said calls either way will go out in a week and a half (from Tuesday when I interviewed).
My application today changed to interviewed- Pending. Hoping this is a good sign that it wasn't an automatic reject- I felt my interview didn't go as well as I hoped. Anyone know the different status changes when getting hired??
They asked very general things, behavioral... Tell me about a time when questions. I know they were running late on interviews, so a little over 30 minutes. Mine was probably a little shorter because they were already late and then the room they moved to had people in it, so I literally started my interview in the hallway. - at least it showed I was flexible! But generally they asked questions to see if you could handle the challenges of a NICU. It was a panel of 3. My status changed a few times- I now know that pending decision status is not a good or bad thing, just an update that they interviewed you. Thank you for your kind words :)

Hi I'm wondering if anyone has applied to this new grad program this year. They had the new grad program open for the NICU/Postpartum loop a couple of weeks ago. Making this thread so we can share our experiences and updates. I applied back when the application was due. Anybody have any updates?
