UCLA per diem hiring process

Nurses General Nursing

Hi everyone, I interviewed for a UCLA Santa Monica/Ronald Reagan resource RN per diem position on June 25, 2018. I am a medsurg tele nurse with 8 years of experience. During the interview they told me to wait 2-3 weeks to see if I got the job or not. July 20, 2018, I still haven't heard from them so I followed up with the director who interviewed me. She apologized for not hearing back from them and CC'd the HR manager on her email. I still didn't hear from them. Fast forward to 2 days ago, I received the same email from June about scheduling me for an interview. At the bottom of the email it states to inform them if I already interviewed or if I'm currently employed because there has been an overlap that needs to be cleaned up. I replied back and informed the HR coordinator that I already interviewed 2 months ago and is still waiting for a response. No reply from HR coordinator.

I don't want to bother them but is it usually this long for them to notify if you got the job or not? Should I follow up with the interviewing director again? The HR manager? Do I call them or email?
