UCF/SSC/VCC concurrent VS. PBSC

I am trying to choose between applying for UCF/SSC or UCF/VCC concurrent programs or Palm Beach State College nursing programs?

My questions are:

What are the most important elements for the concurrent program application?

Is Palm Beach State College nursing a good program? I plan on getting my BSN at UCF or USF rn-BSN program immediately after.

I believe I can easily get into PBSC program starting this fall. However, I am worried that my overall GPA for UCF concurrent programs will not be high enough by the time I want to apply. So I will need to take an extra semester or so. My preference is to start Summer with UCF/SSC
