I'm so glad someone responded lol. hopefully that does mean they don't have a lot of applicants this term. I don't live in Orlando but my hometown where I grew up is very close to it. I went to USF for my first degree so I live in Tampa for now. I applied to UF but didn't get in. USF waiting to hear if I got an interview and UNF I have an interview in 2 weeks there.
What about you? Where else have you applied and where did you get your first degree.
I also have an interview with UNF! When is yours?mine is at 1130. I'm super stressed about it because I am unable to attend any of the workshops so I just wonder what kinds of questions they will be asking. I know the interview counts for a big part. I'm originally from GA so my first degree is from a state college up there.
Yeah I had read a post on allnurses about it, but it was from a few years ago. No those are the only two I applied to. I'm not sure which my first choice would be... they are both excellent schools and I'd be happy with either. Ucf woukd probably be better just for the location. What about you?
Hello!
I applied to the accelerated programs at UCF and UNF. My interview for UNF is at 10:30am. I also don't know which one is my first choice. I was initially thinking UCF, but after the interview workshop at UNF I might be leaning more towards that school. I just don't know! First step is getting accepted :')
For me it was just the environment. All accelerated programs are hard but the current students I interacted with were telling me how well each cohort and the faculty work with you to help you do succeed. Other programs I seen have very difficult faculty that don't care to help. And in a program that's so challenging it helps to have that support.

I was searching for a discussion for those applying to UCF accelerated program for summer 2016 and was surprised I didn't find one. If there is one already please direct me to it. Just wanted to know the stats of those applying and to wait out the process together. I'm sure I'm not the only one who will be impatiently waiting the decision to go out. Also if anyone has questions that another applicant may have the answer to this may help.
