UC Davis grad looking for AA in NYC

I will be graduating from the University of California at Davis with a B.S. in Neurophysiology. Looking to move to NYC and get an RN at a hospital facility. Does this exist in NYC? Out here (california) you can work at a hospital while you are earning your RN. I am having trouble finding out exactly what kinds of schools and/or hospitals offer this. Many of the nursing prerequisites for the schools I have already completed (i.e. A & P, microbiology, etc.). Is my BS from UC Davis valuable? I'd appreciate any input anyone has to offer, because I am so far away, and unfamiliar with the RN programs. THANKS!!!
