Types of telework nursing jobs?

I’m exploring the idea of a different nursing area, one being telework for something like an insurance company or the like. Is anyone able to break down and explain to me the differences between case manager, data review, informatics, etc? Those are some of the common ones I read about in job descriptions lately but if I’m honest, I’m not really sure what each entails. Which ones require solely/mostly computer work? Which require telephone calls to other healthcare workers? Which entail working solely from home, mostly from home, and commuting? Are these kinds of jobs usually salary based? Hourly? Are you paid by how many cases you do or productivity? Which jobs tend to be Straightforward 9-5 as compared to the ones that you are able to flex your schedule so long as the work gets done?
