Two interviews two weeks apart

I am a new grad RN working in a critical access ER/acute care floor. I have always been geared for emergency nursing and thinking in a fast paced environment. I really like not knowing what I am going to do that day or having all types of challenging situations. I was a really good student and so when I expressed to my instructors that I was applying at two choice hospitals they were quick to offer and give me references. Now my trouble that I am facing is that I have two interviews two weeks apart. The first one is in a hospital about 35-45 minutes away (close for me) in their L&D department. I am unsure about OB, It is unfamiliar territory as I have only had clinical experience, along with my own. I did really like ob as a student (glad I had experienced nurses there showing me things). I did well in OB portion in school as well. I am more than willing to learn and this hospital offers good training. The other interview is in a busy level 2 trauma center an hour and 20 minutes away. This interview is two weeks after the ob interview. They have shown real interest in me and I know I am good, for being a new nurse( I guess I worked at the my current hospital as an LPN helping with compressions and recording in the er and I took my EMT like 6 years ago) so I guess i'm not too wet behind the ears. I am making the job change as I have a need to be in a job that is challenging. I am very good under pressure and I love to learn new things. This hospital offers to die for training and support. A few questions that I have are how do I handle the first interview if they offer me the job. I know I want to see what both places have to offer and make an informed decision without putting anyone off. What do I tell them? Is it fair to ask for two weeks to decide which I will pick? I do consider L&D and er similar in the aspect of you need to think quickly in situations to improve our outcomes and feel I would be happy working in both. Any advice is much appreciated.
