tuxedo scrubs?

Hi,

Been searching for scrub tops that look like a tuxedo/suit (nothing outrageous, just a few buttons real or fake and a fake tie perhaps). The closest my searches come to finding something like this are 'tuxedo styled ruffles' for some womens tops.

Has anyone seen anything similar to what I am describing?
