Does anyone measure and record I&O for TURP and TURBT cases as is done in GYN Hysteroscopy resections. We are using continuous flow scopes

Just as in Hysteroscpy, vessels are being opened and irrigant flowing in .

What are your thoughts?

We do not do a fluid balance on TUR's The only case I have had a surgeon request a fluid balance on is endometrial ablasion.
