Travel Nursing with Family (Canadian Nurse Moving to USA)

Hello everyone,
I wanted to get some advice from my fellow Canadian nurses who are currently doing travel nursing with family/kids. I have 12 years of RN experience and ER is my specialty!

• What did you do for your kids' education and/or online school? 
• Did your kids attend online school from the Canadian or American education side when traveling from state to state?
• Any recommendations on health insurance between assignments? 
• Do you have to return to Canada to maintain MSP coverage after each assignments?
• Advice on filing taxes while doing travel assignments down south
