I've been a travel nurse for over 4 years now and I've always been placed by my staffing agency. I'm not sure about the Boston area right now, but a good consultant should be able to place you if there's any need. Check out Travelforce Staffing, they've helped me find solid work for the last 4 years! http://www.travelforce.com/

Reading through some of these and seeing that the market is bad in Boston right now. I guess I may be considered the "evil traveler", but I suppose no one is using travelers there these days, true? Do you sense that this may turn around anytime soon, as it is elsewhere in the country?-or are there too many local RNs who need work to justify travelers? Thanks......
