Transitions

This time in my life is drawing to a close...I've been a stay-at-home parent for the past 5+ years and Monday I start working (as a graduate nurse) full-time. I am looking forward to it. It's a change I'm ready for. Hopefully we can all adjust smoothly. Good luck to everyone else starting on new paths in life!

I am in a similar situation. I went back to work 2 days a week when my son was 8w. Then @10m, I quit to go to nursing school, 3 days 8-12 and 2 days 6:30-1. He is now 2.5 and I am starting work in 2 weeks. At least it is only 3- 12's, but it will be strange not being with him those days. I am excited, but nervous.

Good luck to you and your family.
