Help! I just found out that my company is leaving the facility i work at. the new company is "transform Health RX" does anyone know anything about this company? ive searched and searched and all i can find is their website... i would like to hear from previous employees....maybe you know someone that has worked for them? i cant find anything.

This company should be avoided by all nurses at all cost. This company is poorly managed and has protocols that in my opinion place the health and well-being of inmates behind them making money for the company. Nurses are afraid to call EMS into their facilities and in most cases call the company on-call nurse to get the okay to do so.

They have the poorest excuse for benefits that I have ever seen since working as a nurse.

By the way, the only other reply to this question that tells you how great Transform HEalth RX is to work for....................well that was posted by their CEO.

Bottom line......this company is a joke and no place for a respectable professional to work. Run!

This thread appears to be very old. I suspect that waterwj58 or a family member may have been released from employment based upon his response. That is typical of disgruntled employees...but TransformHealth has tripled in size in the past two years. For four consecutive years the company has made the WPO's 50 Fastest Growing Woman-Owned/Woman-Led Companies in the world! TransformHealth offers not only correctional healthcare opportunities, but on-sight/near sight corporate and municipality health and wellness centers as well. They are a Christian based organization who imparts the Prayer of Jabez into their core business plan. They have done an amazing job for my facility, and for many others near my location as well. I definitely encourage you to check them out if you are interested in positively impacting the lives of patients. You will truly reward yourself by doing so.
