tranplant unit or ER

Hello everyone I’m a new nurse and now trying to discover my path. I enjoy fast paced and challenging environments. Now the fun part. I have two offers. One from a pediatric transplant inpatient clinic and the other unit is the emergency dept. The thing is what is it like working in the transplant unit with kids? Is it busy, is it challenging would I be able to keep my skills up? honestly the pros and cons of both units would be helpful
