okay so after browsing online for hours,I found Plenty OF bad reviews for the VOCAtIONAL NURSING progRam aT concorde college.Although I do BElieve some people aRe jusT looking for soMeone to blame for their screw ups.I do UNderstaNd tHaT nUrsing is not easy BUt I'm wilLing to giVe 110 PERCENT.OKAY SO SOME OF THE REVIEWS SAY THAt THE instructers aRe rude and TheY don't care which might be true.BUT if you don't care about your education how can u expect someone else too ? okay so i'm not the brightest cookie in the jar but i did extremely well on my net tesT and i'm ready to pursue my nUrsing career ALTHOUGH i am not willing to throw 30000 plus down the drain to be kicked out of the program half threw>>>please give me feedback>do u think i should just go with my gut and sign the papers and study my butt off ? or listen to dropped students and drop outs

thank u and excuse my typing"keyboard keys are doing their own thing :)"

I know several people who have gone to concorde to become an LVN or RT and have had no complaints from them. they are all employed now and some have gone on to pursue their RN at different colleges. i do remember some of my friends saying that the people who dropped out were people who didn't take the courses seriously and also because they got caught cheating. other than that, my friends who went there are very successful now.

anyway, do what you think is best and make the best out of your education. no school is perfect and there will ALWAYS be people complaining about administration, professors, etc...it's what you do with that education and training that matters :)

good luck to you!

I graduated from Concorde in Arlington, Tx in Sept. 09. Overall it was a good experience. The people who talked bad about it were the ones who wanted to be spoon fed answers or were failing. You finish school and do your thing. you will be glad you did. Im an LVN at nursing/rehab facility. The pay is good and i really like my job so dont give up. Tune out the negative and do you.

Also check your states board of nursing website to check nclex-pn pass rates.
