top 5 things to monitor for a post CABG PT

i KNOW THIS IS PROBABLY A DUMB QUESTION but I'm stuck. I have a POD #2 CABG pt tomorrow in clinical and i am supposed to find something to monitor for and interventions to do for him. I need this to be really good b/c I HAVE to have an A tomorrow or else I will make a C in clinical!!:crying2: anyway, he is in a fib, but is that something I monitor for?? i need help!

Monitor INR/PTT.....don't want any clots with a-fib.

Monitor CP for occlusion of grafts

Monitor surgical site for bleeding, healing, infection.

Monitor Vitals for acute changes or trends

2 more things to add to this...

PAIN is a big issue so be sure to assess pain with vitals each time or more often if necessary

Monitor Blood sugars also, pt. may be on q4h FS and IV or IM insulin. Yes, even if not diabetic! Of course, there would be an order for this so check for that!
