To Start Second Job in PSYCH this Weekend

Hello,

I am starting a second job in a private psych hospital and I have no idea what to expect. I have been an RN 1 year= 6 months in rehab before I moved for a state job (inspecting LTC homes) with better benefits and a BF (another story for another time). I have also been a LVN in the hospital for 1.5 years before getting out of BSN school. I have no idea what to expect. I was going back to school for my master's but totally flunked out. My rationale for the second job was I was I didn't have anything to do. I work 8-5 some overnights and free on weekends. I was also thinking I could do this to get into a specialty and keep my skills. I am not sure how much training I am going to get but I have read the polices and competencies requirements they gave me. I would like to know what to expect because I am kind of nervous/ excited about starting.
