TMS to treat depression?

Anyone ever dealt with patients undergoing TMS? Does it work?

I have not yet had a patient undergo TMS (mostly due to lack of availability in my geographic area), but there is an increasing body of evidence in support of using it for treatment resistant depression, anxiety, and OCD.
