tips needed: ER job interview

Hey fellow nurses~

I'm preparing for my big switch from med surg to ED.. I have an interview very soon. Just wondering if there are any questions I should be prepared to answer other than the standard nursing interview questions. ED related questions to test knowledge?

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

How you deal with stress and what techniques do you use for stress relief at home are usually big. You may be given some triage questions--dont sweat just think back to your ABC's. Always assess the breathing first. Also a big thing to assess for is, "How are they acting" and "whether they were knocked out."

It has been a long time but if I think of more I will post but brush up on triage even though you will get trained once you get the job.
