As a nursing students when two staff nurse are passing over report to each other what's an effective notes that we can take on such hectic and fast situations? well I might know that we can ask the nurses to repeat what's she saying nicely or even ask them questions or even asking the case file nicely but how about the arrangements of those file need to be seen by doctor quickly and we don't even have time to saw those case files? even the nurse report pass over aren't that complete and I don't understand it ? yes perhaps they're already an experience nurse they only takes on the latest intervention, changes and current situation of patients but me as a students I don't understand it especially I'm an quiet person and afraid of asking for fear that I will disturb their work? so in your opinion what's the best way to approach this?
