Time Management for floor nurses in hospital

Hello to all my fellow nurses online,

We are going to develop an informative/non mandatory class to all our fellow nurses on the telemetry/neuro floor who struggle with time management. I am asking for your input,suggestions,resource material that could be of great help. We do have an educator on our floor that we are getting resource material from, but I want to hear from you. :)
