Thomas Jefferson FACT program

I'm in Philadelphia. I emailed the Thomas Jefferson BSN FACT program conselor Ms.Niki Kelley three times about the issue of the prerequisites. I hope her to set up a time I can meet her to look at my transcript and discuss the pre-courses I need to take and which pre-reqs I can transfer from previous degree (if possible, I'm not sure) . I never heard from her. I really don't know why. Has any one here gone through this experience? I found on their website they have such service that you can meet the conselor to discuss the pre-reqs and specific Qs about admission. Is there any one else except her I can contact with about admission issues?
