As you can see the average of my teas score are 68%, 68.7%, and 68%
Never in my life had to retake so many times and with same percentage. What's going on? Feel like my life is a joke now! Are there any school in California that doesn't need TEAS or HESI score? Maybe only look at my GPA, personal statement, and letter of recommendation? i study 1 month for the test and have the same score as when i study it in 6 days.
Feel like the way the test was written was to make sales rather than testing student.

How are you changing your study habits to improve your scores each time? If something isn't working, address where you're going wrong.
It is possible to raise your score. I went from a 78 to a 90.

I don't think it's the test that's the issue! A lot of people are able to pass the TEAS, so you can too! It's not impossible, you're only a few percents away from a 70%! Although, nursing programs in California are highly competitive and you need a score within the high 80's and 90's to be admitted into most BSN programs.
With your scores, if you don't plan on retaking the TEAS, I recommend you trying to apply to an ASN program in the community colleges and transfer to a BSN program later on. I only know of one school in California that doesn't require the TEAS or HESI and that's West Coast University. But it's quite expensive and I've heard many bad reviews about that institution. If you're up to the idea, you could try researching out of state programs that are less competitive.
Looking at your scores, you're doing excellent in math, but your science, english, and reading scores are very low. Perhaps you need to change your study habits and focus on those areas a lot more. Have you finished all of your science prerequisites? The test could be hard if you haven't taken Anatomy of Physiology yet.
