I am posting this partially to vent, partially as a question to see if other people have experienced this, and partially because I really just don't understand.
I have 3-4 of nursing experience and I am applying for a career change within healthcare. I apply for a job that is 2-4 years of experience, or one marked as entry level. THEN I GET AN EMAIL SAYING THEY WANT SOMEONE WITH MORE EXPERIENCE!!! I Just don't understand!!!!
Why do companies put "entry level" if they don't really mean it, if they really want experience?? How does one GET experience then?
