The best NÄ°CU in San Diego?

Hello all,

I have 2 years of Neonatal ICU experience in a 100 bed level 4 NICU. I am planning to relocate to San Diego, but I am not sure about where I really want to apply and work. I know there is no guarantee for a position when I apply. But anyway, I am looking for the best place to expand my knowledge and experience. I am kind of torn between Rady children's hospital (a level 4, but much smaller in patient capacity), or Sharp Mary Birch Hospital (larger but a level 3). I heard that Sharp is overall a good healthcare company. I dont know about the childen's hospital. And I dont know any other Nicu's there. Does anybody have any ideas about the NICU's there in San Diego? Any recommendations?
